		<description>That was the most amazing trip of my life!  Tramping through the streams, marshes and swamps with you and Brian gave me an entirely new appreciation for the beauty of these wonderful, and endangered, animals.   My favorite part was the shared sense of awe we had after tracking down calls to find the frog in question.  Gently capturing, and later releasing, the frog, and &quot;oohing&quot; and &quot;ahhhing&quot; over color, size, call, species, etc.</description>

		<description>Thanks Lindsay, It&#039;s a good take home message, frogs have no voice and very few people speaking for them, so help us please and be a frog advocate, or just come to Panama and lend a hand (tell us first - see international volunteers page)</description>
